This business is a complete scam. Do not give them any money!! They said they booked my flights and took $14000 from me. I have been attempting to get a refund and they told me I had to pay $4000 more to get my initial 14k back. At which point I felt I was being scammed and reported the business. I tried to login to Qatar Airways to view my flights and I could not find them.
Please ensure if you use this company that you do not ever accept a travel voucher from them. Also the insurance they sell has no value. I was deceived and lost a significant amount of money. When I went to use my voucher I was faced with a significant gap and asked to pay thousands of dollars. It took months to get a clear explanation.
