This company should be avoided. TravelBusinessClass took payment but failed to properly ticket the flight, leaving us in limbo with vague emails, delays, and shifting explanations. Despite written assurances, the service completely broke down and we were told to wait while they “request” a partial refund from the airline — with no guarantee, no timeline, and no responsibility taken.
