Quality work. Removed tub, converted to walk in shower
Let me start with some positives. The design phase went well. The designer helped us figure out what we wanted. The driveway extension with pavers and the renovated casita look good. That’s pretty much where it ends. Nearly everything else had issues. First, no one from the company attended the zoning hearing, which we were told they would. We selected Travek for our kitchen remodel. The workmen they sent to our home were great and left the jobsite clean each day. This was not a project without its problems. The cabinets shipped to us did not fit and had to be replaced 3X taking extra time and extra work. There was no additional charge for the additional work needed to make our job right. The final result was beautiful and exactly as we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Trevek and would use them again without a doubt. They stand behind their work.
Stole our $13k deposit for no work or materials! I am an interior designer and had drawn up the plans for what we wanted done at our own home. Travek had come recommended by a former Home Depot person that, at that time, Travek was an installer for. Plus had the reputation for being a Mormon, family run business.
