Kelvin amazing guy good vibe all the time the team at the shop is great and love to help you out and get you back on the road ASAP I made a phone call in the morning about my propane quantity and a connecter to it. They got me in the same day and had me out within an hour thanks to the whole team at Traco. They take proud in what they do everytime I come im happy
In July we had trouble with our hot water and propane heater on our 20' Innsbruck trailer ,while travelling out West. They are the most skilled and courteous group of people ,who repaired everything so quickly and efficiently. Can not give them enough compliments and whether I had a small camper trailer or big motor home those people would get my business hands down. Wish them many more years of successfully business.
What excellent service!!! I asked for a lot of things to be done to my new-to-me trailer. Nothing was too much or too little for them. Also received great advice from them. Thanks so much. See you again in spring.
We had Travco address a propane leak in our RV, but the propane smell persisted. The second visit, Kelvin spent 3 hours chasing the smell, pressurizing the system to make sure each appliance meet standard tolerances, but still didn't find the leak. His due diligence reassured us that we are safe and his recommendation about not filling the tank full in hot weather made sense. The bill did NOT reflect the time he spent searching or talking to us about our RV. Thank you Kelvin and Travco!
