Alain marchand was referred to me by a neighbour in june this year. I signed a contract with him to renovate my basement. The man is unable to do anything straight or finish a job. After paying him 26000K he just abandoned my job unfinished and no material and disappeared. He is the most dishonest person I have ever met. Do not trust him to do any construction job for you. Do not be trust anything that comes out of his mouth.
