Positive include a great location and lovely neighbours. The negatives are significant. Problems with parcel theft, garage break ins and water supply issues (poor water pressure, leaking and even flooding). Body corporate fees do not include hard rubbish removal, and when I lived there, there were always problems with the fire alarm. Think twice before buying an apartment here.
