Christine is an excellent real estate and landlord tenant attorney. She has years of experience and is a fearless advocate for her clients. As an general practice attorney, I have often contacted her for advice on real estate law and landlord/tenant law. She always has a concise and perfect answer to address my issue.
Terrible lawyer. Avoid at all cost. On 3/11/2025, she was to serve 10 days notice to tenant and get back to me so I can check and see if the tenant moved out before pursuing the eviction, Today is 4/5/2025, NO communication from her and I am also charged $200 for work that she didn't do. As you all know, landlords, I am loosing money and much delayed in getting house back. Don't use her, you will regret like i am. Hopefully, I can get $200 back by placing dispute on my credit card,
Just as the complex she represented, we tried to reach out only to not receive any replies. She represents the slumlords of St Louis! And has the ethics to back it up with the inability to reply to a phone call or email.
