This is my 3rd visit. The lady at the front desk is extremely incompetent and appears to hate her job. Everytime I’ve walked up, she makes it a point to not acknowledge me as the customer for a few minutes. Once she finally does say something it’s almost like you asked her to save the universe just to check you in for the appointment. If you get her on the phone it’s even worse customer service. Besides that, the place is very nice and clean. The doctors there have been good as well.
