I have tried counseling many times before but never quite found the right match. During the summer I had decided to try again and now I am still in it. Although, I have only been in it for a few months, I have seen drastic changes. Therapy is underrated. If you find the right person and give it time, it will work! Everyone has been super supportive and helpful since I first signed up until now.
