If I could give less than one star, I would. I had my referral sent in to these guys in late April. After my GP sent the paperwork off, I called THC to find out if they had recieved my paperwork. The confirmed that they had, and that the local office (Ottawa) would be contacting within a few weeks to set up an appointment. 2 months later I still have not heard back from them, so I start to make some calls to find out what is going on. I've been here a couple of times and both were a positive experience. Sorry that the other reviewer felt the need to give 1 star but I dont agree and feel that 1 star is kinda harsh... Each appointment I had was a happy and professional experience and what was exactly to be expected with no negatives.
