I bought a 2021 TBC13 used, and within a short time the relay board failed. That failure also took out the I/O boards. Fine - equipment breaks. The real nightmare is getting replacement parts. My first order was backordered for over a month. I was then directed to Partstown by Traulsen, placed the order, and after more than a week the part still hasn’t shipped. The worst technical support I’ve ever received. As a technician, I had a technical question about a Traulsen freezer. My first attempt to reach tech support took 15 minutes, and when I asked them to hold for one minute so I could park my car, they just hung up. I called back, and after another 20 minutes, I finally got through. The person trying to help me was either eating something during the call or chewing on the microphone—I couldn’t make out half of the words.
