The worst technical support I’ve ever received. As a technician, I had a technical question about a Traulsen freezer. My first attempt to reach tech support took 15 minutes, and when I asked them to hold for one minute so I could park my car, they just hung up. I called back, and after another 20 minutes, I finally got through. Worst company to do warranty work for. My customers purchase their unit, it’s brand new and needs parts. They want me to have them send another company to do the work. We might have to go with another brand at that point.
