Dr Plawes is an excelllent and very caring physician. The office is another matter. There is no portal to get test reports. Blood is sent to a laboratory with no portal to get results. Calling the office and transferring to Medical Records leaves you hanging for a very long time, and then it goes to voicemail. I have left numerous messages requesting report to be sent to my regular physician. Nothing has been sent. Very frustrating. This is no way to run a medical office.
If I could leave -12 stars I absolutely would. This office used to be wonderful until Dr. Doganay passed away. The remaining partnership do not care about their patients. I left the practice due to poor medical care, prescription to be written & then doc continues to "forget" and now that patients meds are 7 days late. Another time I was really sick and couldn't get into see Dr. Marush. I went to urgent care After my 3rd visit, urgent care said I MUST see my physician. Plawes or whatever the hell his name is a douche. Find a better doctor. He belittles you.
Dr Traube is an excellent Cardiologist. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Only negative is that the office needs to be updated.
