A very sad little $24 vegetable pizza. Outer crust was tough, inner crust gluey, vegetables were raw and barely warm. This was my 2nd time here; pizza was not impressive before either, but I wanted to give it one more try. Views are great, but food not so much. Also, the a/c wasn't keeping up with the heat, requiring loud, massive fans. Come on, Montaluce, you can do better!
We went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and although the food was, the service was terrible. The waitress barely checked in on us, the entrees took about an hour to be delivered, the food runner delivered 1 entree at a time for our party of 6 and the my wife’s pizza was never delivered (probably forget to make it). When we asked the waitress what happened, her reply “oh sorry, we’’ll make it now”. We then spoke to the manager and he said “oh sorry” . We had a wonderful experience at Trattoria Montaluce. This place is magical, the service is top notch-Jay, Lilli, Kalil and Taylor ensured that our experience was above and beyond. Such a beautiful place and customer service beyond our expectations!!!!
My husband and I have date night and bring friends from out of town to Trattoria. Tonight, we were served by one of our favorite waiters, Austin. We enjoy our experience the most when Austin is at the bar. He spends time chatting with us, explaining the drinks and the food. We always receive the best service from Austin. The food is amazing. The drinks are on point. The scenery can't be beat. We highly recommend visiting Trattoria and ask to be seated in Austin's section. Enjoy!
