Very Disappointed – We had heard about this place for some time now, and were anxious to give it a taste. My wifes Pasta was cold, and when she dared mention to our server, she seemed offended. It was almost 15 minutes before she brought the plate back, and needless to say, by then My dinner was cold as well. Although the luke warm food was ok, the server was not someone that we want at our table again. After we fishished, and tried to flag her down for our check, it was another oredeal, and more waiting. We will not return.
Service is not good,, food is losing pace. – When they first started, although it was small, we went there a couple times a week. After they expanded, and tried to compete with the likes of "Olive Garden", they lost not only quality of food, but the service is AWFUL! We did love there Pizza, so after two bad experiences, decided to call for delivery. 45 minutes later than the said time, and delivery guy had nothing more than to say, "sorry, we are busy, not my fault." Worst delivery service EVER. – If you are looking to have a large party catered, I DON"T recommend Di' Carolos. It took them 3 times to delivery the food. How long can food stay hot why you wait 45 minutes for your entire order to be delivered. In addition, there was a lack of knowledge by the manager of what the menu items cost for catering. I ended up paying another 10% above the original quoted price to get the amount of food I ordered. this doesn't sound like much but when you are ordering serveral hundred dollars of foo... read more
Excellent Value. Best Pizza and Italian in Milwaukee and surrounding area. – Pizza is a 10....the main courses are excellent. The breaded calamari appetizer is our favorite. The staff is very friendly and on the week end uncle Sam greets you at the door and on occasion breaks into Italian song. Caution! During dinner hour, be prepared to wait. This is an Oak Creek favorite for lunch and dinner. Hopefully the expansion will be complete soon. P.S. We drive from Menomonee Falls and it worth the 30 min run for our Italian fix.

wonderful surprise – In the land of chain restaurants, Trattoria di Carlo is a breath of fresh air and delicious food. Despite a fifty minute wait at a well-serviced bar with friendly bartender....once we were seated the food and service were superb. Veal Parm, Pasta with spinach and artichokes in 'pink' sauce, and manicotti were so good three talkative women stopped talking and ate to our heart's content. A jewel in Oak Creek favorite Italian resturaunt – I have been here for lunch and dinner and I have yet to be disappointed. Very friendly and excellent value. On the weekend Sam (Salvatore) greets like it was his home and welcomes you to the bar if you get there during rush hour. The pizza is a ten(especially everything but the kitchen sink) and I have yet to be disappointed with any of the main courses. The pasta sauces are always fresh....my favorite the Sicilian Pasta. If you go after 5 most days be prepared to wait.
