Wonderful experience – Great food in a casual atmosphere with friendly staff, a great combination. Put those attributes together with reasonable prices and we had a great experience, far beyond what we had expected. Well worth the drive.
Mama Mia! – We were in Door County last week for our yearly get away and found DalSanto's. Absolutely fantastic! We are driving up this weekend just for dinner again. We ordered a nice merlot for dinner and calamari diavolo(?), and lasagne. We have never been so happy to find a trully great restaurant in a tourist town that doesn't overcharge fo the so called"atmosphere" . Our server was pleasant and accommodating. Authentic Italian food but not pricey – Chef Michael Dal Santo does a wonderful job of presenting Italian dining in a comfortable casual atmosphere. His nightly specials are always a welcome surprise. From pasta to steak and seafood they are creative and completely satisfy that craving for Mediteranean food done right. A great find in a small town like Sturgeon Bay...highly reccomend it!
