Trasolini Pools did an amazing job upgrading our pool. The crew were always on time and professional. They completed the job as quoted and on time. We are so happy with the beautiful result. Bruno always communicated with us while the work was being completed. We were stressed at taking this upgrade project on because we've heard it is a nightmare, but it ended up being a breeze with this company. Highly recommend.

I reached out to them to do approximately 60k worth of work. Booked a time for them to come out and look at project. Took them 2 weeks to come look. No problem. Follow up from site visit never heard back. I called them, texted them weeks and months after to see If they had a quote or was able to do work this year or next. Nothing. Bruno and his team were great in replastering and fixing a leak in my pool. It was a huge project and I appreciate the quality craftsmanship! Office staff were easily available and responsive. One small thing, I would have appreciated a little more communication re: do's and don'ts with care of the pool necessary after work completed and plaster curing, but ended up ok and otherwise 5* plus!

Replaced coping and tile. The workmanship is 100% great. No complaints - thanks to the great install team (that's what got them the 3 stars). Dealing and communicating with the administrative staff was 100% the worst experience. Unfortunate, but when there are other options customer service experience will always be a key determining factor in where we put our money.
