Good afternoon, unfortunately at the beginning of this week the amount of rain caused the ground to be extremely wet. The driver could not access your portalet on Tuesday (your service day). If the driver were to drive out on the grass, he would have gotten stuck. We explained this over the phone to you and explained that a driver would be stopping by tomorrow to service the portalet because we are still catching up on our routes from the weather. one of your trucks was hauling a load with a broken platter and spilled all over the road and my car.they did nothing to get my car cleaned. I guess the driver doesn't know how to check a load before he leaves a job site.
Have been in Food and Bev for about 40 years and I have dealt with every company at one time or another. Trash Gurl has been the BEST at doing what they promised and keeping their word. I highly recommend.
