Stopped in to see what VW had to offer, was assisted by a true legend, his name is Rob Mazza. He spent the time to show me through the vehicles, offered test drives and didn't pressure me. As I haven't decided what I want yet I asked for Rob's business card - I couldn't believe he was the Dealer Principal, never received such service, especially from the boss. Will definitely be seeing him and the Traralgon VW team when i'm ready to go. Thanks Rob, keep up the great work

I've been restoring and servicing cars for nearly 30 years. I know what can be left longer and needs to be done. I've dropped my wife's car in numerous times for things that are too time consuming or to risky as maybe I don't have the tools.. Injector seals, oil leaks, etc. They're honest, will tell you the issue and quote to fix it without ripping you off.
Went in yesterday to test the Golf and the T-Roc making clear to the salesmen that the car would be for me, not my husband who was with me. Neither salesman looked me in the eye, barely speaking to me, only to my husband, and struggled to grasp what I needed from a vehicle, speaking in overly-technical terms while ignoring the basics of my needing a car with a smaller seat to match my stature.
