THEY DON’T DESERVE ANY STARS 0/10 service Traralgon Volkswagen Service Department are an absolute disgrace ! Never want to deal with them again, and will never be buying a Volkswagen again They had a vehicle for a day to fix an element that was conveniently not under warranty, which was fine as the car was in limp mode so it needed to be fixed. Terrible experience, I booked in my brothers car a week prior, stating It needed a service and a side rear view mirror replaced they told me they will order the part. On the day they told me no mirror was ordered. They also charged 980 dollars for a 3 hour standard service and diagnostics for a POLO Once leaving Vw, Also told me they did a complementary vacuum and clean of the car, yet it was not vacuumed. Outstanding Service & Genuine Care! We recently visited Volkswagen Traralgon and had the pleasure of dealing with Billy, the Service Manager, as well as Joel from the service team. I'd like to thank service manager Billy & team for looking after me today when servicing my father's car. I was fairly anxious as I'd never been to the dealership before. I was overwhelmed at the prospect of driving the courtesy car as I wasn't familiar with the new electric cars. They arranged a ride for me to the shopping centre and return. I was also pretty stoked that they included a car wash and vacuum as part of the service. One very happy lady:)
