Never using their service again. 100$ for just coming to the house and doing nothing, then waiting 2 weeks for them to come pick it up and take it to their shop for a week only for them to say nothing is wrong along with a further charge of 157$ labor. What a scam.

The service man that came to my Mums place was prompt and very courteous.
Forced to use this business through Westinghouse customer service. Had a disgruntled demeanour and quite rude when asking for payment. It's a wonder why some people even operate a business if they behave like this.
