We would recommend Traralgon Mitsubishi. I was looking for a new car and had never driven any Mitsubishi vehicles. Sam listened to what we were after, answered our questions and gave us all the information we needed. We came back and did two test drives and then purchased an ASX GSR. Sam never pushed us, and even though I was with my husband he knew the car was for me and always spoke to me. Their customer service and communication were outstanding. The whole process was fantastic, and we would come back again.
Visiting family in town, took a brand new car in for service documented beforehand that it was undamaged, front of house customer service was great. Collected car no issues with the service itself however observed damage in form of scratches to panel. Took car back but needed to return afew hours later for a manager to become available, felt manager spoke to us in a condescending tone, left us waiting and in the end they cut and polished the damage out. Had my Triton serviced here for the first time today and I am very happy with the overall service I received. Ben went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be bringing my Ute back here for all services in the future. Thanks guys
