I’ve attended Royal Traralgon Medical Centre since 2015 After cancelling an appointment via the clinic’s SMS reminder, I was still billed $75 and then publicly accused of abusing a receptionist when I sought an explanation. The staff member refused to retract the accusation and was dismissive in person. I expected better professionalism and respect.
Appalling attitude from a very rude lady in reception.
