I rang at 8.00 am at opening time and organised a wheel alignment. He told me to come in at 9.30am and it will be a half hour to 45mins to complete. He said I could wait, so I didn't organise to be picked up . When I dropped it off I asked if there was a brew room or such for me to wait . He said no, not really. So I sat out side on some tyres and waited 45mins and no one had even moved my car inside. Then I realised that all the workers there, had gone for brew !
