I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Traralgon Automotive. Earlier this year, I was the victim of a crime and had my car stolen. After finally being advised that my vehicle had been written off, I was in the position of needing to purchase a replacement. While the sales consultant was friendly, I consider that to be the standard level of customer service anyone should expect when making such a significant purchase.
