I flew in from Sydney and made my way to Traralgon to score a great deal. Nicholas was my sales rep. I initially called on the phone whilst in Sydney. Spoke to Nick about the used Toyota camry I was interested in. He sent me a few videos on whatsapp and I was happy with the condition and negotated a price over the phone. Service was good when looking for a car. The trade in value was fair. Toyota finance was easy and quick. Car interior was clean however not detailed entirely- missed a few spots.
Both Renee and Nick from Traralgon Automotive Group have been lovely and easy to deal with. A really smooth transition when trading in my old car for a beautiful new one. Both were really helpful and it made the buying process really enjoyable. Thank you!
