I contacted Traralgon Auto Air & Electrical to enquire about getting a quote to help resolve an electrical issue with my car. I was advised that there was no obligation free quote available, just a flat rate of $120 per hour with no minimum time spent to undertake initial testing before taking things further, essentially saying that I would have to pay $120 per hour until they decided they had enough time with the car, without any guarantees that I would be contacted if additional time or costs were going to be incurred.

Evan and the team were able to fit me in when my alternator went in Rosedale. Left my car with them for 2 days and they were able to replace and diagnose the problem. Really appreciate the help and the price.

The office bloke has no empathy, i work shift hours, been punctual every other time, was minutes over a proposed cut off time of 4 due to work and a medical reason, for something that takes less than 5 minutes, they shut at 5, but rules are rules, many people who have interacted with this business have had similar treatment, cheers for the extra costs during these hard times.
