Whichever woman is answering the phone isn’t doing your business any favors. Attitude in every sentence and “someone will be out next week” with no further details is not good customer service. I have no idea how the workmanship is as the 2 minute phone conversation to schedule work done completely put me off from doing business with Traps’s.
What a great company. I have had to call twice within a week for different things. They are reasonably priced Elios came both times he is very nice a full of knowledge. Thank you
Called for a non-emergency repair to correct some shoddy prior slumlords attempt at DIY. Traps came out the next day, replaced the pipe and faucet in an hour. Love to see it.
