We came to Silverdale for our anniversary and Bridget made it such a wonderful experience! She helped us choose the Sounder, Vader, Puyallup, salmon teriyaki, and the Alaskan hand roll — everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Even though we missed happy hour, the bill was still very reasonable and we left so satisfied. We can’t wait to come back with our kids and share this place with them — hopefully with Bridget as our server again!
Trapper has a follow into the chain Trap. Is ok to go with a friend but I am by myself and I have to choose between store bought or Trapper.
It’s not exactly authentic sushi when they post the mission statement on the wallpaper … it’s a chain experience fersure, with dishes like “crystal shrimp” and “jaysin” scallop mix. Still, if you want to fill up on protein from the sea, this is an affordable choice, and the staff is super friendly. The lunch menu does not include nigiri or any of the best rolls, so upgrade to the dinner level if you can.
