WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER FAIL! Let me start off by saying it takes a lot to make me walk out of a place so I never do but it takes even more for me to ride out such a horrible experience and leave without a tip. Great sushi, Bad customer service – Me and my girlfriend go to trappers sushi at least once a week and have been for a while. Sometimes we go twice. Great food and great sushi. Im very happy we dont have to go to a bigger city to get good sushi. The only negitive part is the customer service. just small things like your drink not getting refilled and you waiting or like tonight, we got our check and my card sat at the table to be picked up for a while.
