Inaccurate invoicing. Lowball sales We have been a customer for over a year. Performance of the servers was satisfactory. Sales overpromised and underdelivered. Accounting over invoiced us by over a $1000 in one year, when we confronted them to fix it, we were told its a sunk cost nothing can be done now. Needless to say we felt exploited.
Trapp Online is the Best! "I have been through a handful of "Hosted" solution vendors over the past 3-4 years and I can say without a doubt that Trapp Online is by far the cream of the crop. Typically these companies have restrictions, long support wait times, no response to application requests, etc. But Trapp Online has met every single expectation and then some.
