We both were treated very professionally. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and caring. They made us feel like one of the family. They were able to spot lesions on my skin and treat it quickly before it became deadly. We were treat respectfully and our time was valued. One of the greatest 4 doctors in this area.

I haven't had an appointment in a while. I called to make an appointment. I followed the phone prompts (Press 1 for scheduling an appointment). I started by saying hello, my name is. . . my date of birth is. . . The girl on the phone starts talking over me and ask me what I called for. Then ask me my name and starts talking over me again. Every time I come in there, I get some version of bad service that sets me off! I'm not some 90 year old mumbling in the phone for an appointment so you can cut junk off my body. When I arrived at 1:00 I was told at 1:20 that my appt for my daughter was at 2:30. When we got in the room it was NOT the provider I was told when making my appointment . My daughter's actual treating doctor was off sick. Yes, so when I made the appt they said another provider's name and I agreed because we've seen her. However, at the appt it was a different, third, provider entirely. So any doubts I had that I somehow messed up with the appt time were invalidated. The office staff (mainly the receptionists) are rude and condescending as all get out. I’m convinced that some one school is turning out these folks with no people skills because they’re showing up in offices everywhere! I heard one speaking very unprofessionally about a patient, within easy earshot of the waiting room patients. Unacceptable! Office staff also does not return calls. As for the doctor, well, in the few times I’ve visited, I’ve only seen him once. Another trend that sucks.

I saw Dr. Trapp for hives. He clearly explained Urticaria to me but really didn't offer any help except to change my antihistamine. He did no offer a follow-up- just said if I needed to I could come back. I was not impressed.
