I have to be honest, I'm really disappointed. I've had this appointment booked for almost two weeks, and being asked to change it due to scheduling conflict on the Fourth of July is incredibly frustrating. I work a lot, and I planned this on my only day off. It took me weeks just to find a day that worked, and I was going to be driving almost two hours for the appointment, so it's not something I can easily reschedule. Ive had this booked for close to two weeks and this happens on a holiday. I work a lot and planned this on my only day off. Now I wont have my hair done. Cool. Timing of this doesnt seem professional at all. So extremely frustrating. Plus I would have been driving almost two hours, cant just reschedule after it took me a couple weeks to even figure out when I could go. I was really looking forward to it, that's the worst part. Thanks for ruining my day, lol 😫🫠😵‍💫

The blonde is me previously getting a silk press from TranZitions in 2021, I didn’t get my hair done again like this for awhile and here I am restarting my hair journey getting ALL of my blonde out. But like look at her work yall. I don’t even need to say anything else
