Just got our Pilot back from Tri-City Transmissions. Our Pilot was making an absolutely horrible sound and was scary to drive. I called and was told to bring it right in. They took apart the transmission, found exactly what was wrong, and we couldn’t be happier with the fix! I can feel the difference when driving it. The noise is gone and it is now shifting so smoothly! The final cost was just under what we expected and it was returned in a very reasonable timeframe for what needed to be done. Ask if you can install a transmission cooler on my tundra, give me some bs about don't know if you can do it, have to look at it. Guys its a simple install for a shop, you just give me excuses, must be doing really well to turn down simple jobs. Asked guy straight up to just say they don't want to do it, he admits it. Hung up on him. Won't recommend anyone to a shop like that
