You won’t find a better shop than this one for transmission work. I took my newly bought Dodge Dakota here to get checked out and my experience with them was flawless. The communication was great along with great prices. I was informed every step of the way and the work was done extremely fast. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing work on their car.
James is a true professional and the staff at Tri City is overall very friendly and good customer service is obviously a priority to them. James diagnosed my vehicle and although it ended up not being a transmission issue, he provided a ton of knowledge and if it had been, I know I’d have been in good hands. Will certainly be using them in the future if a need arises. Thanks!
