I’ve been getting cold calls from this company constantly during business hours, blowing up my phone from multiple numbers but won’t leave a voicemail, about a “personal business matter” that isn’t mine! Finally reached an agent today, Pearl, who was snarky and tries to rush me off the phone with “I already did” when I asked if she could delete my phone number from their system, rather than being apologetic. Hello? You guys have been harassing me! I don’t understand how you’re going to have an attitude.

This is the worse debt collection agency , I wish I could give it negative stars. I paid off an account over 3 weeks ago I’ve been calling literally everyday trying to get a payoff letter . They keep lying and not sending it. And a supervisor is never available 🙄 if I would’ve known this I would have never paid them . Again this is the worse company ! Oh and the reps that answers the phone have attitudes out this world don’t want to help and hangs up the phone in your face !

Not sure how a DoD debt was supposedly transferred to this fraudulent collection company when a representative from their company already marked the account as fraudulent when I called in. Police report was filed two years ago and they somehow received an offset from the Department of Treasury. Now they claim to own a fraudulent Verizon bill. More to come.
