I received a call from someone who couldn't speak english properly and he was silent for most of the call. He could not properly recite the call monitoring disclosure and mini miranda. I'm a Debt Collector myself and he did not identify himself or the company. I had to skip trace the phone number. I just contacted an Attorney. You picked the wrong one today!!
