This company seems great in the beginning, lies about the number then makes you think they are right. Claims they do thorough background checks on buyers and then soon as they collect their money, they could care less. I asked for a manager or supervisor to the broker I was using Phil H. But never once did they have one reach out to me, instead I get the run around and sales pitch about “this or that” from Phil and that the manager was never around.
