Cole Ritchey came by my office and taped an envelope to our window claiming "Confidential Information", etc - Turned out just to be a really poorly written sales attempt which is all well and fine. With that said - he taped the envelope to our window graphics. When the tape was removed it removed the ink from the decals and they now need to be reprinted. I had a good experience from start to finish with Transworld and with Alex Dvorak. I called Alex about one of his listings, and although we didn't get that deal, Alex spent the time to hear what we were after, what our investment objectives were, and when another deal came along that fit our criteria, he remembered our conversation and called me.
