Every seller should have a business broker! Matt Plants took care of conveying reports and requested information to the buyer in a timely way. Meanwhile, I was conducting "business as usual" at our busiest season of the year. He made it so much easier for me to keep doing my usual spring work. When a few difficult moments came along, Matt was there to suggest a way forward. We closed on the date I had selected!
Don’t not post your business for sale with Aaron, does not have seller best interest. I have been trying to contact him over a month now to purchase a business and he just ignores me. I have cash in hand. Yet he does not value my business or care about his client business. I called him once he said he would talk to owner for next steps and never bothered to reach out to me, I called him weeks after he acted like we next spoke. Bring your business to someone that’s going to have your best interest.
