Our agent would "find buyers" for our industrial property. They were just large conglomerates that our agent had connections with. Our agent would come up with b.s. reasons for us to accept a much lower price to benefit his buyers. Once our property sold, our agent was listed as their leasing agent. Shady. Stay away!!!
