I came here looking for some help with my rig, but the process was really frustrating from start to finish. It felt like nobody was on the same page, and I had to spend a lot of time just waiting around for basic answers. While the facility itself is quite large and has plenty of inventory, the customer service didn't match the scale of the operation, and I left feeling pretty unheard. Excellent service department
We had our 2019 4369 Newmar Dutchstar at this Freightliner dealership last summer. We have an extended warranty on our coach and prior to any repairs/work being done we told them that they would need to get a pre authorization. We told every person we spoke to about the repairs that they could not do anything until the pre authorization has been approved.
