They seem confused about their area of expertise. I had scheduled an appointment for A/C system repair and explained everything about the bus and the issue in advance. They agreed and told me to bring the bus to their shop. However, when my driver arrived, their technician looked at the unit and refused to work on it, saying they don’t handle that type of unit. We came all the way from Manassas, VA, covering three days of deadhead. They wasted our time and money. I was in contact with Tedd and Kevin
I CANNOT say enough about Dean. Who knew you could find a salesperson who'd care *so* much after you made the purchase? Stephanie was great to work with. She's so very kind. Bill is so knowledgeable. Walks me through issues as I'm learning. I LOVE my Sunseeker! And I love that when this newbie needs help, they'll take care of me. Dean... You're simply the best!! You've made the experience so much less nerve racking as it could have been for me.... And you're so very patient as I'm learning. Again, thank you!
Parts department was fantastic. Brian was very courteous, very helpful. Didn't up price on me when the one I ordered was out of stock. Highly recommend. Always use the service department for repairs and maintenance on my trailer. Marcus is amazing, had to do some serious repairs to my 2 horse trailers.
I’m buying my 4th Newmar Motorcoach next week from Todd at TransWest in Frederick CO. My 2nd from TransWest.
