This is a very responsive RV service center. They accepted my 2005 class A at 7 am and had diagnosed and corrected my overheating problem by 4pm the next day. They had a place for us to stay in the coach overnight. They found a old Freightliner recall and fixed it as well. The final bill was less than the estimate. Highly recommended RV service center.
We were so impressed with Katie O’Neill and her knowledge of the Newmar product line we traveled from Wisconsin to buy our new Dutch Star RV from her. Once we did the whole crew has been AWESOME from Marlin, Bill to Brian! THANKS FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! You can’t go wrong with Transwest!
Awesome service came and got our rv back on the road in no time. When other service would not even come out they came out and fixed the problem and got us back on the road in no time.
Always hard to deal with these people in service.....between frederick and brighton they believe they are 2 different companies. Parts is usually helpful. Ive been dealing with a warranty issue for several months now....still not resolved and continues to fall apart.
