Team was very nice and helpful. Wait time was expected for scheduling two days prior. Overall experience was pleasant.
The work done was good. Communication and updates of progress were lacking
The staff was attentive and nice but when asked if I needed a cabin filter changed out I should have consulted my husband. He was upset that trans west took advantage for a brand new vehicle not even a year old yet stating it needed changed out at $80 plus dollars! He couldn’t believe that it was needed when we live on a paved road.
