Bought my truck here just before the COVID lockdowns. Felt the deal was fair, but not great. This summer, the engine suddenly lost power during a road trip. A nearby dealer quickly diagnosed it as needing a full engine replacement, which felt rushed. I had it towed back to Transwest for a second opinion—they said it only needed a new ECM (~$2K). My review of the Transwest organization remains consistent--namely, the two best things about the Service Dept. at Transwest-Henderson are that Steve Endress is a top notch Service Advisor (I've said this before and he proved himself again during an August, 2025 service visit) [Johnny Fernandez is right up there, too], and that the Dept. does not try to sell that which is not necessary in terms of services and repairs.
