Gabe was great! I went and looked at a truck and called and.put a deposit down the next day. I came in theb3rd day and it had a full tank of fuel and the paperwork was ready to be signed. Pretty easy!

I was told by the receptionist that having a breathalyzer in my truck would be no problem at all just to include some extra mouthpieces so they could move it and that they work with these kind of issues all the time. But when I show up this morning for my appointment, I get told I’m required to stay there because their tech’s won’t move the vehicle. Great job guys leadership around this place must be stellar.
GMC Denali Nightmare – Transmission Failure, Zero Accountability, and Awful Service I own a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali and it has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve had multiple major issues with the transmission — the valve body has already been replaced twice, and now I’m facing transmission problems for the third time. Long-time Transwest retail service customer. I just keep coming back because the Service Dept. just keeps doing the right thing. This means consistent, HONEST service advisors who deliver on the periodic services that are needed. My long-time advisor, Steve Endress, will always get top-line billing from me, and a second, Johnny Fernandez, is right up there with him and a great backup when Steve is taking a day off. Between the two, I can always count on a very good experience in Transwest's Service Dept.. Thanks, Guys!
