While shopping for a specific truck I encountered some difficulties with most staff members at other dealerships. I decided to stop by Transwest GMC and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Joe Cleland was extremely helpful, he took the time to look for the exact truck I wanted. He provided support durning my search and provided excellent service. My husband Rick and I are from Montana and we were looking for a specific XT5 model whick we found att your dealership We luckily got with Joe Cleland what a God send !!! We have been buying cars for over 50 years and have NEVER been taken care of the way Joe did …. He is an extremely valued asset to the company!!!! Working with Brandon in the Sales Department was a pleasure. He answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my purchase. Jeff in the Finance department was also great. He worked hard to get us on the road very quickly and everyone was willing to work late to close our deal. At the end, I drove off in a beautiful GMC that was so clean and had so much warranty it felt like a brand new car.
