Just overall bad experience. Ended up getting charged $100 more than I was quoted originally for my key fob. Was originally told it would only take a day for them to do my dvd player( by manager and scheduled by manager) to them changing and saying it takes up to 3 days just to do a diagnosis for a dvd player. Just waste of a day and money. Brittany was the one who helped me. Didn’t seem to care at all. Thanks to Joe Cleland and all the staff we were able to find a pickup that we loved. They walked through all the specs and all the details and answered any questions that we had. It was a smooth and easy process. We appreciate everyone and will be back in the future to do more business.
March 2026: My GM truck (33000 miles) needed a O2 sensor after engine light came on., but estimate was a possible 60 day wait to get this back-ordered part. I was picked up at home by rental car company which was paid for by GM. New info revealed the previous part number was still approved too! Service manager re-checked with tech and found part in data base. After the weekend I got the call: Your truck is ready and you can leave rental car at dealership. We had been on the market for something newer for our family and came across a truck that we loved. Joe Cleland helped us out with what we were looking for and really heard us. We live 2.5 hrs away and Joe and the staff stayed at the store till a few minutes after hours to finish help us set everything in our new truck.
