This is the worst institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with they took over my credit union and made things with my mortgage difficult they made my banking difficult so I pulled my acct and my mortgage and left this place I miss the service you got at transwest. Ps I usually like to post something positive as well as the bad but this place has no positive aspect in my opinion.
When u c c u merged with trans west, they totally messed up a lot of accounts. They sent mortgage statements that belonged to myself to someone totally different in my family. They updated a family members merchant service account with someone elses account so their deposits and withdrawal are coming and going into someone elses account. They've made huge errors in depositing to other accounts several times also. Steer clear of this credit union. It's worse than a bank. MACU and AFCU are both better options.
