Worst customer service experience ever!! Corporate need to train Carrie on how to want to help customers and not just give out phone numbers.
Worst customer service! I walked in @0905 to get some help with my loans. A lady names Carrie walked over and told the person that was helping me to just give me a phone number to call!! There were no other customers in the branch. I don’t understand why Carrie wouldn’t help! I was just brushed off and told to make a phone call! Carrie has horrible customer service skills ( if you wanna call it that) and doesn’t want to work what so ever!!
I’m very disappointed with this bank. The service has been terrible for months, and no one helps solve the problems I’ve had. Worst customer support I’ve ever experienced.
