Best Customer Service Ever! We broke down 2 hours from home on our way to Missouri and stopped at Limon Transwest Dodge 45 minutes before closing. Shelby & Sam were phenomenal—diagnosed the issue fast, tracked down the last part after hours, and had us back on the road in just 2.5 hours. The GM was equally wonderful and accommodating. In a world where most shops would say “come back tomorrow,” they went above and beyond. We’ll gladly drive nearly 2 hours just to have them service our truck from now on!
On May 19, our RAM ProMaster campervan had a transmission problem on I-70 and we lped in to Limon, CO. Our Roadside Assistance found TransWest and set up a tow to them. A fellow named Tanner wrote-up our issue and took great care of our campervan. Tanner kept us well informed of what was going on and quickly informed us all was fixed. He did a great job communicating with us and the shop stayed right on top of our issue until all was resolved. Job WELL DONE to all. Thanks!
