Horrible service. Complete rip off and does not provide any information. Do not waste your money on it. Use Zillow or Avail instead.

I have repeatedly tried to verify my identity as a tenant. Every question that has been generated has not even pertained to me. I have even had the person I live with confirm this. They even failed a couple times. I have checked my credit report and even spoken with a representative at the credit bureau, there has not been any fraudulent activity on my credit report. I keep calling and nobody has been able to help me resolve this issue. Not even a supervisor.

Used to love this company. You could get a reliable tenant application reviewed within minutes. I haven't had the neccesity to use for approximately 3 years. I had an applicant submit app this am and almost 12 hours later still waiting. In the meantime I have to tell other interested parties they have to wait. Called customer service and was told they will create ticket and could take up to 72 hours. What do you think happens to other interested parties? I think they move on. Landlord here, been using this for 10 yrs for countless tenants as I rent houses by the room. Most memorable was when a tenant admitted he had done prison time for murder, and then came back w a clean background check. I asked transunion to give him a refund but they refused. I also had a guy do 10 yrs for cocaine dealing, also a clean background check. Who knows what else they've got away with. The only real use this serves is scaring them into admitting to convictions to you.

After doing the 2-Step Verification and being directed to the next screen, the "screen tenant" button doesn't seem to work. It's in a continuous loop that doesn't proceed to the tenant screening pages. I've had this account for over 10 years and although I haven't logged in until recently I’ve never had this issue before. I'll be reaching out to customer service to see what's going on.
