This used to be my go to screening platform but after the last two uses of this and Smartmove not flagging/finding evictions that were on record for two tenants I have no choice but to use another platform. Both of those tenants ended up getting evicted again. This is not thorough.
When the search was done, it didn't match my current credit report.The questions was matching me with relatives,phone numbers or addresses that weren't relevant to me. REFUND, very uncomfortable with this company.
Horrible service. Complete rip off and does not provide any information. Do not waste your money on it. Use Zillow or Avail instead.
I have repeatedly tried to verify my identity as a tenant. Every question that has been generated has not even pertained to me. I have even had the person I live with confirm this. They even failed a couple times. I have checked my credit report and even spoken with a representative at the credit bureau, there has not been any fraudulent activity on my credit report. I keep calling and nobody has been able to help me resolve this issue. Not even a supervisor.
Used to love this company. You could get a reliable tenant application reviewed within minutes. I haven't had the neccesity to use for approximately 3 years. I had an applicant submit app this am and almost 12 hours later still waiting. In the meantime I have to tell other interested parties they have to wait. Called customer service and was told they will create ticket and could take up to 72 hours. What do you think happens to other interested parties? I think they move on.
