After doing the 2-Step Verification and being directed to the next screen, the "screen tenant" button doesn't seem to work. It's in a continuous loop that doesn't proceed to the tenant screening pages. I've had this account for over 10 years and although I haven't logged in until recently I’ve never had this issue before. I'll be reaching out to customer service to see what's going on.
Completely Scamming! You don't get a report. Yiu don't get anything! Transunion is partnering with owners to scam tenants.
Be VERY careful using this service, which was recommended to me by a realtor who does business in the state of Illinois, which is where my rental property is located. After entering my credit card information AND paying $100 to screen 2 potential tenants, I became aware that a criminal background check is NOT included with the report.
