THEY MAKE CHANGES TO THEIR SYSTEM AND DONT NOTIFY THE END USERS. I used them for over 10 years with no issues. They recently changed it so you have to download applicant information within 30 days, but no notice of this change to me the Landlord. Their customer service manager, Sage, calls you back at 7am with a voicemail saying, I'm not going to get the information I've already paid for and I'm out of luck and literally doesn't leave a call back number. I used TransUnion Smartmove to screen tenants. When I started having trouble with a tenant after renting based on their report, I found NUMEROUS public record-hincluding unlawful detainers--that their report didn't list. There is no way they should be charging extra for NOT doing what they claim to do.

The customer service agent Lena was very passive aggressive and rude when I was trying to set up my account. I read her the entire page from the bottom to the top after she told me to scroll down all the way to the bottom and then keep going up a little bit higher, a little bit higher, a little bit higher then NO I was too far up and she told me I “literally” wasn’t understanding after she “literally” was so clear with me. Such unprofessional verbiage for some whose entire job is based around supporting customers.

Their report is only good for 45 days and then it expires and you get locked out!

This used to be my go to screening platform but after the last two uses of this and Smartmove not flagging/finding evictions that were on record for two tenants I have no choice but to use another platform. Both of those tenants ended up getting evicted again. This is not thorough.
