Trash! I have called twice and they said my freeze was lifted, neither time wa it lifted! Extortion as they demand you to buy a subscription? It’s my credit? My app doesn’t work, they say something and don’t do it. Have a major data breach but just don’t care! They should be put out of business and shutdown!
Horrible agency. True Identity was of no help at all. Just told by the rep that True Identity has nothing to do with the other credit agencies Experian and Equifax.
I can’t believe an organization could be such irresponsible and inefficient. The company recorded my incorrect DOB, making me fail to access the credit score, apply new credit card and any financing work afterwards. I have called with more than 10 agents and every time I need hold the line for at least 10 minutes with each one and be transferred to different people many times. I called my bank who referred me to a different department and then a different department to get a phone number to contact Trans Union because I had an account in collections that was closed out and the balance was zero and instead of my score going up it dropped 30 points so I finally got through to and was told that she could not discuss my credit score with me or anything about my account and then I would have to pay for a report so I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to let me speak to a manager and told me th... read more
