Someone used my SSN to open a business credit card and I cannot even go onto the website to place a dispute. Junk!
The WORST!!!! They hung up on me three times and when I got through the 4th they said I exceeded the maximum number of phone calls allows per day!! Horrible, how is this company still around and doing business?
Trash! I have called twice and they said my freeze was lifted, neither time wa it lifted! Extortion as they demand you to buy a subscription? It’s my credit? My app doesn’t work, they say something and don’t do it. Have a major data breach but just don’t care! They should be put out of business and shutdown!
