Trash. They sign you up and forget about you after. Good luck getting billing issues resolved. Once you are on the hook they show their true colors. Looking for another provider as this place has gone to crap. Incompetent “customer service”, never respond as promised or follow up. Looking for better option.
They cant get me into my account had the password reset a few times and if i try to log in a different way it says that theres no info in their system. The phone reps are not helpful at all
When you are looking to sign up man they are Johnny on the spot. I have been with them for several years now and am looking at other options. Just cause i feel i get the same info from Intelius which is extremely cheaper. After trying to speak with someone and emailing them several times, they are ghost's. Severely disappointed. No matter what this other company offers I will not be back.
Website and customer support is terrible. The crappy ai robot you have to listen to before talking to someone( if you ever actually get to talk to someone) will hang up on you after a certain amount of time and then you have to start all over
I needed an online account, I made one and the password wouldn't work right after I made it. I reset the password and the new password didn't work either, and I know I'm not crazy because I WROTE IT DOWN! Now my account is locked, no one will answer and I can't do what I need to. Neither of the other two bureaus gave me this grief.
