Good old fashioned customer service. Called up Joe from Transtyle regarding some concerns I had with a new car that I had purchased and he was kind enough to diagnose the car and provide valuable advise, without even asking a cent. Judging by the how many cars are booked in for a service in his workshop, it's safe to say he knows exactly what he is doing and people are willing to wait for the privilege. Servicing cost are very competitive including quality parts and oils. A+ business
