The best road service I ever had John knew just what to look for and the overnight parts got there early he came right out first thing in the morning and had it done by noon great and timely work will definitely use them again if I need to
Worst service and unorganized place. Had first thing in the morning appointment. I gave them the engine info and codes that needed to be addressed. Diesel Particulate Filer needed to be cleaned. They did their code and came up with same thing. Told girl at front I want work to be done and go ahead and get started. Was told motorcoach will need to stay overnight and that they would get started. She said will call me tomorrow when done. If I don’t hear from them call around 12 noon. Called at 12 noon. If you own an international vehicle, take it anywhere else for service, especially if you happen to depend upon it to earn a living.
