This review is years overdue. Jackie is the very best! My girlfriend has gone through Transtech for various needs for years. Jackie has helped her out in a couple of emergency situations and been able to get everything figured out and done smoothly. That was great because we were kind of lost on what to do. She is helping my mom out now too. I would highly recommend them. I can't compliment this company enough. There aren't many like this around anymore.

One of the rudest people answered the phone when I called after being referred to them by another company to see if they had the medical equipment my son-in-law needs. Immediately seemed put off to have to answer my call and when I called back to tell her how off-putting her attitude was she hung up on me. Note to this company, you are dealing with people who struggle with accessibility and they are already frustrated due to lack of access. Being rude when they are seeking your services isn't the best business model.

Jackie (I know i'm spelling that wrong) in her staff are so incredibly helpful!!! I had a spinal cord injury 2 years ago, and they have been so helpful with my. Mobility scooter!!! I can't recommend this wonderful company enough.
