My wife forgot to bring her spare tyre in to get changed and they said she'd have to pay twice to get her wheels balanced and fitted. Once while she was there and another when she comes back. They then broke her window and told her they wont repair it and its her problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have used them previously and never had a problem. But it looks like new management/team took over, and I was not happy with the service I received on my car. I needed two new tyres for my car and was told that I needed four, so I took on their recommendation and booked the car in (but now I know that it was a "do not want you" quote, which I didn't get at that time).
