Always impressed with the service at Transtate! The team have always been friendly and the work they do is excellent :)
Great place to get a service. The receptionist Taylah was a doll, very lovely, polite and helpful! The mechanic who worked on my car Brenton was wonderful, very communicative, nice and did a wonderful job servicing my car. They’re upfront and understanding, not trying to overcharge or add on stuff cause I am a woman like most places. I strongly recommend this place and I will only be going here to see Brenton from now on for all my mechanic needs.
Great prices and service best in queanbeyan/canberra by far
Team at Transtate Queanbeyan were great, I did have a small issue after picking the vehicle up, however when I contacted them about it next day, nothing was a problem to fix it immediately. That's service.
I booked my car in for a very overdue car service to replace brakes and 4 tyres as everyone else had quoted me 1k++ more. A bit of extra work needed to be done to my car which is to be expected. My car now runs like a dream and i am super happy with the service this company gives. Especially as i felt like every other company was ripping me off.
